Architecture A-Cero born in Spain. This team concept was proposed tower in Dubai. As always it is an office and hotel complex. In the project a sense of freedom in terms of architects and developers a broad hand that does not skimp relieve all sorts of whims of the architect. So interesting and the design process in Dubai is a rare case where completion of project is impossible to know in the first pencil sketches of the architect. Draft Tower Wave is a complete freedom of the architect. High stalk rises above the surface of water for tens of meters. Movement continues until the shoreline where the tower also has its influence. Central core rigidity contains staircase-lift unit, engineering systems, etc. Domestic gardens are found in all common areas, improving the internal climate of premises and working as natural temperature regulators. The project is located in Madinat Al Arab, a developing area, which is expected to become the new downtown and central business district of Dubai.
