Talking about the popularity of the game mechanic, the plaintiff\u2019s legal team described how throwing the dynamic odds element into the mix of gameplay \u201cadds excitement and unpredictability to the outcome.\u201d This means more player engagement thanks to occasionally boosted payouts while the operator still maintains profitability.<\/p>\n<p>Jumbo claims that Evolution uses the feature as a big selling point when it\u2019s looking to work with online casinos and promoting games at trade shows.
