The first major construction UNSTUDIO Dutch architectural studio in the U.S. will look like in the best tradition of Ben van Berkel. This residential house in corporate style UNSTUDIO was smoothly flow volumes facade decorated with black metal bands. They are tightly encircle the building and serve as a guard of balconies and terraces, and screens for apartments. Fluidity of facades and continues in the interior of apartments and halls of the curved contours of premises into one another. In the building are situated 55 apartments ranging from 1200 to 3400 square feet.
